'IDIOT' DELIGHT
If you think watching TV is irritating, try writing for it. Local comedy fave Wild Bill Bauer, a sometimes writer for "Roseanne" and "The Jackie Thomas Show," takes his revenge in "Idiot Box," a CD collection of parodies that Bauer proudly calls "as tasteless as a TV dinner." The album features some of the Twin Cities' best-known comics as writers and voice talent, saying every rude thing you ever wanted to yell at a rerun. There's a free CD release party tonight at 10 p.m. after Bauer's 8:30 performance at the Minnesota Comedy Club in Maplewood. (C.C.)
